Hi, I am Sabine Klaus-Carter, Creator of Calvin’s Good Foods which was inspired by our son Calvin’s multiple severe food allergies. As his mum, I did not just want to create allergen-free recipes but I also wanted to make foods that tasty and healthy for everyone.
Our first product is the Original Coconut Bread which will bring some tropical sunshine in your life filled with nutritious coconut flour, pre-biotic high fibre psyllium husks, gut balancing apple cider vinegar and a little bit of salt. It is also vegan, naturally gluten-free and grain-free. It tastes wonderful and makes you feel fantastic.
Entirely free from all 14 common allergens, you will wonder how a bread which tastes this good can be free from:
- starches (like white potato starch, maize starch etc)
- added sugars or sweeteners
- raising agents
